What Does this follicular Study Test Result Mean?

hi,

hello doctor, i done my follicular study, the report are 10 th day RT Ovary F1:19.5*16, F2:12*12.5 MM then
13th day RT Ovary 10.8*7.5 LT Ovary 15.8*10.1 and free fluid present in POD after that my doctor advice me to take gestofit 300 mg for 15 days.....what is mean..?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest the presence of multiple dominant follicle in both the ovaries.
2.These follicle are well within limits, the lower limit of the follicle include 13mm to conceive.
3.The follicle are monitored until they ruptured, once its ruptured and free fluid is seen in the POD.
4.The medications are indicated and advised for the intercourse - where the possibilities will be increased.
5.So in your case there is free fluid suggest the follicle rupture with the medication for the ovulation.
